It is important for you to know that astrology reading sessions with me are meant to be an entertainment-based experience. I make no claims to be able to predict the future, nor do I encourage you to base any family, life, personal, psychological, or practical decisions on our conversations. Any independent decisions you might make based on conversations during an astrology reading sessions are your decisions alone. 

If you are seeking financial advice, consult a fiduciary investment specialist. 

If you are seeking psychological advice, consult a trained psychologist.

If you are experiencing mental health related problems, seek clinical treatment from a licensed and practicing mental or behavioral health therapist and/or a psychiatrist. 

If you are seeking legal advice, consult an attorney. 

Understand that by receiving astrology readings, you are not receiving professional advice concerning medical emergencies or situations. If seeking medical advice, consult with a medical doctor. 

Rescheduling

If something comes up and you need to reschedule an appointment you booked, be sure to get in touch with me by email at nuitivehealing@gmail.com as soon as possible. Under some circumstances a reschedule will be made for missed appointments. However, you must contact me by email within 24 hours of your missed appointment. Exceptions will be made for exceptional circumstances.

Refunds

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are not eligible for refund due to the preparation I do before our meeting. I spend time reviewing your natal chart(s) a day before our scheduled session. You must contact me by email at least 2 days before our scheduled appointment if you would like to request a refund.

There are no refunds for no-shows or missed appointments.

There are no refunds after a completed session.

Process

Things happen sometimes outside of our control, and I want to be clear about the process if there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I have put these terms in writing so we can both be adequately prepared and informed on the process in case of unexpected events that could interfere with your Astrology session with me. 

If in case of an extreme circumstance where I become unavailable to perform your Astrology Consultation, I will notify you as soon as possible. It is important for me that I be respectful of your time and mine.
