Hi, I am Nathalie! I am thrilled to have the chance to connect with you. My deep-seated interest in spirituality and human behavior has significantly influenced my life's journey. I have Scorpio in my 10th house in modern astrology, so my life story and career are on brand with the Scorpio themes. I was raised in a strict Christian religion known as Jehovah’s Witnesses and have always believed strongly in a higher power since birth. The Bible is the first book I ever read, and I have read it numerous times from cover to cover throughout my life. I was baptized in the church at 9 years old. My entire childhood centered around religion, mainly because my father, a mathematician, was also a leader in the church. My family life in childhood started and ended each day with the Bible. We attended religious events several times a week and devoted our weekends to studying, learning, and going door to door to teach others about the Bible. Religion, for me, was not just something we did on Sunday but an all-consuming experience. Regular Bible study, discussion of religious articles, and applying Bible teachings to daily life were the norm.

However, things changed drastically in 1999 when my childhood best friend was caught having a boyfriend. The church forbade this as we were all raised to wait for marriage before fraternizing with boys/men. To paint herself in a better light, she disclosed to the church that I was Queer. This was private information I was still processing at the time as a 17-year-old virgin. This betrayal was more impactful because my parents immigrated to the US the previous year, so the church and my family were all the community I had. I was a teenager in high school at the time. This disclosure got me kicked out of the church and sent me on a lonely path to redefine spirituality for myself. I was not sure what else was out there. I wanted to love God from a pure heart and be loved back the same way. I wanted my connection to divinity to be free from lies and pretense. So, I explored.

As any Scorpio will tell you, change is a central theme of our evolution. Pluto ensures the changes are plentiful, and when handled appropriately, they can lead to greater emotional and spiritual depth. After being shunned by the church, the only community I was allowed to participate in, and emotionally abandoned by my immigrant family in a foreign land, I had no other place to turn but to myself and the highest power. This pivotal event triggered my exploration of various world religions in search of the meaning of life as I refused to accept that life was meaningless and painful. During this quest, I encountered astrology while studying Hinduism, Buddhism, Yoga, and Meditation practices. I was immediately drawn to its profound insights, which resonated deeply.

In the early 2000s, despite my passion for astrology, I did not initially consider it a viable career option. Instead, I pursued an undergraduate degree in Psychology from William Peace University. I followed that accomplishment with a master’s degree in clinical social work from Syracuse University, focusing on clinical practice to work directly with individuals, families, and groups. After two decades of professional experience as a mental therapist, I thought my career journey was set in stone. But as Pluto in Capricorn would have it at the start of the pandemic, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that completely destabilized my world. I went from being healthy and physically active to not being able to get out of bed without help. The onset of this health crisis at the start of a global pandemic inspired me to reassess my commitment to topics that bring me joy, ultimately leading me to pursue astrology as a career. I no longer wanted to talk about what was wrong. I decided to shift my energy toward how to manifest dreams by capitalizing on the hidden information in our astrology natal chart. After all, Astrology was my first love!

My journey may seem tumultuous, but it is marked by unwavering authenticity. I am bold and focused. I am not afraid to face harsh truths or become one with my vulnerability. I have been broken and rebuilt myself more times than I can count. I have lost everything and gained it all back. With Scorpio in my 10th house, I have the innate ability to deconstruct and reconstruct things that no longer align with my beliefs—a unique gift. Despite the abandonment, betrayals, and challenging circumstances, I have always resurfaced, aware of my purpose to help others succeed. I know how to use adversity to strengthen my resolve, recognizing it as an intrinsic part of our human evolution. I want to teach you how to do the same.
