Our astrological psychology readings, consultations, and coaching sessions are specifically designed to provide profound educational insights and support your personal development journey, even in the face of astrology being viewed as pseudoscience.

Nathalie brings a strong foundation in scientifically supported mental health practices, but our astrology approach distinctly merges intuition, sacred knowledge, and deep psychological insights. We urge clients to delve into their unconscious (shadow self) and examine the influences of their natal astrology chart. This exploration enables individuals to foster self-compassion and achieve significant personal integration by acknowledging the interconnectedness of their light and shadow energy.

Understand that our insights do not replace the guidance of a licensed and practicing psychologist who utilizes evidence-based treatment methods. Instead, view our services as essential complements to your healing journey. Any decisions you make based on discussions during astrology reading sessions are entirely your own responsibility. Be aware that receiving astrology readings does not equate to professional advice for medical emergencies.

Safety

Healing thrives best in a nurturing and safe environment. Nathalie is wholeheartedly committed to safeguarding her clients’ well-being as a mandated reporter. This vital role involves reporting any safety concerns, particularly when a client shares feelings of self-harm or harm to others. She also takes seriously her responsibility to report any instances of child abuse, elder abuse, or human trafficking to ensure the right action is taken. It's essential to understand that coaching may not be suitable for clients facing significant mental health challenges. In those instances, Nathalie compassionately connects them with a psychologist or licensed therapist who can provide the specialized support they deserve. Her top priority is to provide encouragement and guidance, ensuring that every client receives the best possible resources on their journey to recovery.

Rescheduling

If something comes up and you need to reschedule an appointment you booked, be sure to get in touch with me by email at nuitivehealing@gmail.com as soon as possible. Under some circumstances a reschedule will be made for missed appointments. However, you must contact me by email within 24 hours of your missed appointment. Exceptions will be made for exceptional circumstances.

Refunds

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are not eligible for refund due to the preparation I do before our meeting. I spend time reviewing your natal chart(s) a day before our scheduled session. You must contact me by email at least 2 days before our scheduled appointment if you would like to request a refund.

There are no refunds for no-shows or missed coaching appointments.

There are no refunds after a completed coaching session.

Emergencies

Things happen sometimes outside of our control, and I want to be clear about the process if there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If in case of an extreme circumstance where I become unavailable to perform your Astrology coaching session, I will notify you as soon as possible. It is important for me that I be respectful of your time and mine.  If you have any questions on this process or have an emergency and need to reschedule, please feel free to email me at ntuitivehealing@gmail.com. Together, we will find a fair and appropriate resolution.
